Dr. Vamsinadh Thota is Assistant Professor of Mathematics in the Department of Mathematics at the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. Before joining NIT Trichy, he was associated with the University of Hyderabad and NIT Calicut. He received Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT/K), Kanpur and an M.Sc from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IIT/R). His research concentrates on Functional Analysis mainly Geometry of Banach Spaces and Best approximation theory in Banach spaces.
