Dr. Krishnarjun Krishnamoorthy
Krishnarjun Krishnamoorthy
Assistant Professor (II)
Department of Mathematics, Lyceum
Profile
I am a passionate mathematician working in number theory and automorphic forms, areas that lie at the heart of modern mathematical research. I earned my PhD from the Harish-Chandra Research Institute (HRI), where I developed a strong foundation in rigorous mathematical thinking and advanced research techniques. My work is driven by a deep curiosity about the structures underlying arithmetic and symmetry, and I am committed to contributing meaningfully to these rich and evolving fields.
Following my PhD, I pursued postdoctoral research at the Beijing Institute of Mathematical Sciences and Applications (BIMSA). This experience allowed me to broaden my research perspective and engage with leading mathematicians from around the globe. I actively collaborate with international researchers, fostering cross-border academic exchange and contributing to the global mathematical community.
Research Specialization
Number theory; automorphic forms.
