• Maintenance in-charge of all seminar Halls in the NIT-T Campus
• Received 25 numbers of “Xilinx ISE Design Suit: System” edition Licenses and 3 numbers of “Partial Reconfiguration Licenses” worth Rs.3,76,000 on June 2012 from Xilinx Inc for Free of Cost.

Significant Contributions apart from regular activity:

• During my tenure as HOD/ ECE Department:
  1. ECE Department was shifted to SJB - brought faculty rooms, Curriculum Labs and Research Labs under one roof
  2. M.Tech. (VLSI System) accredited for 6 years (first PG Programme accredited for 6 years)
  3. Conducted first International Conference (IMICPW-2019)
  4. Organized retired faculty meet and faculty/staff tours
  5. Coordinated R&D proposals and patent filings for young faculty
  6. Serving as Co-PI/Co-Investigator to support young faculty
• Head/ Centre for SoC Design and Fabrication (CSoCDF):
  1. Signed MoU with alumnus Raj Shanmugaraj (Rs. 2.02 Crores funding)
  2. Established vision for industry collaboration and IP generation
  3. Formed faculty team and initiated 3 projects
  4. Signed MoUs with einfochips and NIELT
  5. Awarded 12 summer internships (Rs. 7,000/month stipend)
• Director/ Centre for Entrepreneurship Development and Incubation (CEDI):
  1. Mentored 15 incubated startups (business models, funding, market strategies)
  2. Developed sustainable incubation models and policies
  3. Served on internal committee for governance and funding allocation
  4. Coordinated 50+ programs with 1000+ student participants

  3. Devised policies for foreign national admissions

• Chairman/ Visvesvaraya PhD Scheme:
  1. Filled all PhD seats annually (full-time and part-time)
  2. Secured 2 post-doctoral fellowships
  3. Submitted YFRF proposal

  Total funds received: Rs. 5,44,62,000 (PhD) + Rs. 6,00,000 (Part-time) + Rs. 32,21,432 (Post-Doc)

• Deputy Registrar (F & A)/ CEDI:
  1. Managed financial planning, budgeting, and audit compliance
  2. Optimized startup fund allocation
  3. Coordinated Asia Foundation Project for 200 women entrepreneurs
  4. Managed MeitY TIDE Scheme (Rs. 1.55 Crores)
