Modeling and Optimization Laboratory is handling computational work with respect to bio-polymer synthesis and biotechnological processes. Mathematical model for polymerization and bio-separation processes are derived and simulated. Experimental works are carried out for the validation purpose. The validated models are used to formulate optimization problems and solve them in MATLAB. Further studies on optimization under uncertainties for these processes are being carried out.
