The Distinguished Alumni Awards (DAA) and the Young Achiever Award (YAA) recognize and celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of alumni who have brought distinction to the Institute through their professional excellence, leadership, and societal contributions. While the Distinguished Alumni Awards honor senior alumni for their sustained impact in academia, industry, entrepreneurship, public service, and research, the Young Achiever Award acknowledges the exceptional achievements of younger alumni who have demonstrated remarkable promise and innovation in their respective fields. Together, these awards strengthen the Institute’s engagement with its alumni community, inspire current students, and reinforce the enduring legacy of NIT Tiruchirappalli’s educational and institutional values.
