Fourth Convocation is scheduled on 29th August, 2008. The Chief Guest is Shri. L. Ganesh, Chairman, Rane Group, Chennai.

28-08-2008  3.00 P.M. to 5.00 P.M &

29.08.2008 7.00 A.M to 9.00 A.M

           Issue of Gown, Guest Pass and Lunch coupons*

28-08-2008   4:00 P.M.         Convocation Rehearsal at Barn Hall
29-08-2008   9.30 A.M.        Graduands should take their seats in Barn Hall.

One person may accompany the graduand inside the BARN Hall with Guest Pass
(Please come in time and the late comers will not be permitted by the security personnel for security reasons)

29-08-2008 12.30 PM            Convocation Closes

 

Please be present in the Hall before 9.30 A.M.
Keep cell phones switched off inside the BARN Hall.
Stand when the procession enters and leaves the BARN Hall.
Children below 12 years will not be allowed in the BARN Hall.

 

Since the duration of the Convocation is restricted to 1:30 hours. Ph.D. graduands and Gold medalists will only receive their Certificates and medals on the Dias.  

 

Others will receive their degrees where they are seated, from the concerned faculty       in-charge. Cooperation is requested from everyone.
