Dr. Nivish George

Dr. Nivish George completed his doctoral program in Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology Karnataka and joined NIT Trichy on May 2020. He had served as a faculty for a period two and a half years at Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology, Kochi, Kerala before joining as faculty at National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli. His broader research areas include Buckling and Vibro-acoustic behaviour of Functionally Graded Materials, Composite and Nano-Composite Materials, Sandwich Structures: Methodology: Analytical, Finite Element Method, Experimentation. His research work has been published in Word Scientific, Elsevier, Springer and Sage Journals. Focus areas for teaching include topics related to Machine Design, Mechanical Vibrations, Strength of Materials and Theory of Machines.
