Dr. Amol B. Mande
Biography
A scholar with 6 years of research experience in the field of solar desalination. A Bureau of
Energy Efficiency (BEE) certified Energy Manager, participated in various energy audits.
Technical Manager (Pressure) in the NABL accredited calibration laboratory at DEE, NIT
Trichy. Skilled in handling various sophisticated instruments in the field of energy and
environment.
An ardent naturalist who planted more than 200 saplings in the NIT Trichy campus and
donated few hundred saplings. Founder member and president of ‘Incredible NITT Nature
Club’ of NIT Trichy.

- Institute Gold Medal (2012) in M.Tech, Energy Engineering, CEESAT, NIT Trichy.
Professional Qualifications
- Qualified the National Certification Examination for Energy Managers held in
September- 2016 on behalf of the BEE, Ministry of Power, Government of India as
Certified Energy Manager.
- Along with the research work taken the responsibility to handle pressure calibration
in the Calibration lab, DEE, NIT Trichy during the year 2014-18 and held the position
of Technical Manager (Pressure) in a NABL accredited Calibration lab (Certificate no.
CC-2553), CL-DEE, NIT Trichy (February 2018 to till date).

Industries in Tamil Nadu.
