Born in 1967 at Aruppukkottai, Tamilnadu. Graduated from Anna university, Chennai. Doctoral research work was under taken in “Chennai Petroleum corporation Ltd” (Formerly Madras Refineries Ltd) at R&D division as “MRL Research Fellow” from 1991-95. Joined NIT as Lecturer in 1997. Co-authored three chemical Engineering books published by PHI, India.
Contributed research, sponsored and consultancy projects towards Sustainable environment and energy funded by MHRD, DST and CSIR. Visited countries like UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and Maldives to attend international conferences and research training at NUS, Singapore.
