Seminar Hall Booking Procedure. The seminar hall must be booked only through the Google Calendar booking link here or scan the followng QR code: 

Students must check availability on the booking page before making a reservation. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Rules. Each booking is limited to a maximum of 1 hour, unless special permission is obtained. Only one booking per time slot is allowed. The seminar hall must be used strictly for the Academic purpose mentioned during booking.

Use of Equipments. 

  • Do not change any existing cable connections or system settings.
  • Personal laptops, tablets, or external devices are not permitted for connection.
  • Do not use pen drives or external storage devices to copy presentation files.
  • Use only the desktop system provided in the seminar hall.
  • Presentation files should be stored in webmail/email and accessed online.

Instructions.

  • The person making the booking is responsible for proper use of the seminar hall.
  • Any changes or cancellations should be made as early as possible through the Google Calendar booking Damage to equipment, or unauthorized use of facilities inside the seminar hall is strictly prohibited
  • The HoD/Mathematics reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of official or emergency requirements.
  • Return the AC remotes, digital pen/pointer, and smart display remotes to the Mathematics Office immediately after the session
  • After the meeting, ensure the seminar hall is left clean Click the calendar icon for the availability and booking the seminar hall
  • Failure to follow these instructions may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of future booking privileges
