GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PARTICIPANTS

  •  Participants are requested to bring their original college ID cards.
  •  Both UG & PG are allowed to participate.
  •  Registration fee of Rs.150/- per participant (inclusive of snacks, lunch, and registration kit and participation  certificate) can be paid on the day  of  the event.If accomodation is needed,Rs.250 should be payed.
  •  All the participants are requested to report to the registration desk at the venue by 8.30 a.m.
  •  Identity card is mandatory.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR EVENTS:

        1.   Fi6 Jungle (QUIZ)

→ Two participants per team.

→ Two teams per college is allowed for prelims.

→ Top five teams to be selected for finals.

→ General Physics.

 

2.  Best Out Of Bits (COLLAGE)

→ Two participants per team.

→ One team per college is allowed.

→ Chart and glue are provided to the participants, but they have to bring newspapers and

magazines.

→ Time duration is 1 hour.

→ Topic will be given at the time of event.

 

3.  Presentation de Papiera (PAPER PRESENTATION)

→ Individual event.

→ Time duration is 6+2 minutes, six minutes for presentation and two minutes for

questioning by audience and judges.

→ Topics:

                (i) 2015;International year of light and light based technologies.

                (ii)Challenges for room temperature superconductivity.

 

4.  Flip The Coin (TURN COAT)

→ Individual event.

→ Time duration is 1+1 minutes, one minute to talk about the advantages and next minute

to talk about disadvantages of the topic.

→ Topic will be given at the time of event.

 

5.  Finders Keepers (TREASURE HUNT)

→ Three participants per team.

→ Only one team per college is allowed for prelims.

→ Top five teams to be selected for finals.

 

6.  20 QUESTIONS

→ Two participants per team.

→ Two teams per college is allowed for prelims.

→ Top five teams to be selected for finals.

 

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

              → Using mobile phones or any other electronic devices at the time of event is completely unacceptable for                      

                  participants.

→ Any kind of malpractices are not allowed.

→ Event coordinators’ decision is final in all events.
