Dr. S. Manivannan received his Ph.D., from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, India in the year 2006. He did postdoctoral research in the Department of Information Display & Advanced Display Research Center, Kyung Hee University, Korea from January 2007 to November 2008. His research area of interest includes on carbon nanotubes (purification, functionalization, dispersion, fabrication of transparent conducting films for display, optoelectronics and solar cell applications), graphene, organic and semiorganic nonlinear optical (NLO) materials. He joined in the Department of Physics on December 2008.
