Research Projects

• Principal Investigator of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India sponsored project on Industry-Institute Promotion Cell with a grant of INR 675,000 during 2004-07. Funding of faculty training in the industry- sponsored programmes, supporting student seminars and industry – institute interaction workshops were carried out as part of the project.
• Principal Investigator of the MHRD (Ministry of Human Resource Development), Government of India sponsored project CBT (Computer Based Teaching) Development Center (Didactic Laboratory) during 2000-01 with a grant of INR 700,000. This project involved the setting up of a laboratory with necessary hardware, authoring tools and peripherals required for development of CBT material.
• Principal coordinator of UNDP/CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) sponsored project on Corporate Social Responsibility with a grant of INR 50,000 in 2005 to undertake a case study of an Indian organization.
• Faculty coordinator of MHRD (Ministry of Human Resource Development), Government of India sponsored project on development of Software Laboratory for the MBA programme at a cost of INR 1, 500,000 in 1995. The resources created include PCs, Data analysis solutions and IDSS (Investment Decision Support System).
• Faculty coordinator Principal Investigator of MHRD (Ministry of Human Resource Development), Government of India sponsored project on development of Software Engineering Laboratory for the department with an outlay of INR 100,000 in 2001 to provide CASE (Computer Aided Software Design) support for the courses on Systems Analysis &Design and Software Project Management.
• AICTE sponsored programmes on e-Business & Supply Chain Management for faculty of Management institutions with grant of INR360, 000 conducted in February 2004 and March 2005.
