The Department offers Ph. D. and M.S. by Research Programme in the area of Instrumentation and Control Engineering.

Area of specialization for Ph. D & M.S

Micro, macro sensor/actuator design, instrumentation for industrial measurements, biomedical engineering, analog and digital electronics. Smart materials and its application in instrumentation and control, modeling of smart structures, control theory, computational complexity, sliding mode control, multi rate feedback control, identification and non-linear control of process and electromechanical systems, control of brushless DC motors, applied fractional calculus in control engineering, modeling and analysis of interval systems

Monthly Stipend of Rs.14000/- p.m. for Ph. D. Scholar and Rs.8000/- p.m. for M.S. Scholar.

Interested candidates can apply as per the instruction available from the institute in each academic session (December for even Semester, June for odd Semester)
