About Festember
Come September 20 and the festival begins. There are lights all over. A mood of festivity and enjoyment glistens up the faces and fills a jolly feeling in the hearts of everyone in the NITT campus.
Songs...Dances...Lits. There is fun in the air. A wave of celebration sweeps the whole campus as the most creative minds of the country storm their brains to win and prove their mettle. The festival of every college student, Festember, begins.
Thus reads the diary of every person who has visited NITT during Festember, and this year it promises to be no different.
Festember, the Inter College Literary and Cultural Festival, is set to become the spectacle of the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, in September. The Fest is slated for four days from 20th to 23rd September 2007, offering you nothing but intelligent fun and celebration.
Welcome then, to Festember '07, the cultural festival that is one of South India's biggest in its genre. Its not just what any other cultural fest so routinely dishes out - its not just about a plethora of events, or for that matter a treasure trove of prizes - for this is where the moods and the motley crowds merge to embark on a journey bordering on creativity and imagination. Festember, as has been its tradition, this time too, promises to eclipse what its previous editions acheived.
